JEREZ DE LA FRONTERA [90 km] or
SEVILLE [180 km]

All these are destinations of Ryanair

Still an other alternative is GIBRALTAR [95 km]

Best choice is JEREZ. From there you get to Barbate in less than a one hour by car on the highway. Another option is going by a combination of train and bus via Cadiz.
